This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 2.2 For purchases : Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days. 2.3 We accept the return of these items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. 2.4 If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. 3. POSTAGE COSTS REFUNDED 3.1 If the item is faulty we will cover your return postage. 3.2 If you are retuning the item because you have changed your mind, any postage incurred is at the customer’s expense. 3.3 We recommend that you send the items back to us via a recorded delivery such as Special or Signed for as we can not be held responsible for any returned items that go missing through Royal Mail or any other service. 4.
